Beautiful. I strongly agree, we cannot let any more time be wasted. Ruminating on past mistakes is almost as bad as repeating them.
Great to hear from you 'in another lifetime'! It sure is something we have to keep working at minute by minute, isn't it, let me know if you have any tips to remind ourselves.
