Annie believes, "We can’t possibly compare ourselves and our homes with anyone else because we each enjoy and treasure different things. If we stake our happiness on how we measure up to others we deny ourselves the chance to surround ourselves with what makes us happy. Mimicking someone else’s look is a certain recipe for unhappiness."
Annie has been invited to appear on numerous radio and television programs to discuss her experiences in both creating a colourful career and a colourful home. Annie has frequently been asked by media to write or comment on the effects of colour in the home and work environments and current colour trends.
Annie Edelman is a graduate of the International School of Colour and Design, graduating in Colour Consulting, Interior Styling and Visual Arts. She returned to ISCD as a guest speaker and later became a senior educator teaching the Colour Consulting Diploma, History Style and Trends courses, Decorating with Colour Workshops and a host of seminars.
